
The Release
A good way to distract yourself from an urge to SI is express yourself in another form-- such as writing, photography, or artwork! It can give you a similar feeling of release, and at the least, can be a distraction. Anybody who has SI related art or just wants to show off their new masterpiece is welcome to email us at SI.Aware.Support@gmail.com with their work attatched or included in the body of the email, a title, and any other details they'd like to share. Everything here is anonymous unless you'd like to have your name included.
